There were a lot of engine problems with SAGE, since it was never really designed for naval strategy. That is so annoying that there are few games with good navy.
RTS could finally stop skip or discriminate navy. This is the navy map pack that contains the navy maps for those who still wish to play with navy units in later versions of ROTR. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance.
